How to obtain the maximum score for the project
Sources:
- At least three source types must be used.
- Documentation of sources must follow the formats on page 203 exactly.
Notes:
- Notes must be legible.
- Each note must be marked so there is no question as to what source it came from.
- Notes must be paraphrased, or direct quotations must be clearly marked as direct quotations.
- The quantity of information in note form must provide sufficient detail of the problem (a good rule of thumb is to have at least nine notes, but there is no set number required).
Written Product:
- The written product must be legible. (It does not need to be typed, but typing can help with spelling and grammar.)
- The written product must contain correct spelling, grammar, capitalization, punctuation, sentence formation, and paragraph formation.
- Direct quotations in the written product must be identified properly with name of source and author (unless the author name is unavailable, in which case the student should see Mr. Fisher for instructions).
- The written product must contain the four parts listed previously with clear idea development that is appropriate to each part.
