An important goal in this step is to develop keywords that you will be able to look for when you carry out your research. Review your questions from part 1.2 to help you do this. Then make a list of how you will search each source for the information you need. For each source, will you find an index? a search box? a list of frequently asked questions? a site plan? alphabetical headings? Know how to proceed so you can get right to work.
